Order Acceptance Policy

USDiscountFilters.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If part or all of your order is cancelled by us for any reason, a complete refund will be issued for the portion of the order cancelled.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. Most orders ship the same or next business day depending on when your order is received. However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered which are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Payments by Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Payments from International Customers

All charges are made in US dollars. We only accept credit cards from US issuing banks. However, we accept payments made through PayPal, which does accept credit cards from non-US issuing banks.

Taxes

USDiscountFilters.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 6.875% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota. For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax exempt organizations within Minnesota must email or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order.

Typographical or Image Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, USDiscountFilters.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, USDiscountFilters.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

At USDiscountFilters.com, we do our best to keep all images up to date. Once in a while, a manufacturer may release an improved version before we have received the updated image. If an image is out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image online.

Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
