Refund Policy
Standard 90-Day Return Policy
Sometimes products just don't work out — we can help you with your unused products within 90 days from the original shipping date. We will gladly refund you the amount of your product purchased, if returned within that 90-day period.
Keep all your packaging and any manuals included until you are sure you love your purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
If you have a question, send us a photo or video of any incorrect items you receive, and we will do our best to solve the problem.
Instructions:
- Use our contact us form and let us know you require a return
- We will respond to your message by sending you a Return Authorization confirmation and a shipping label
- Print and attach this label to your order and drop it off at any FedEx location or dropbox
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies
- We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package
- Products that have been returned in used condition without receiving prior approval will not be eligible for refunds
- Returns that weigh over 50 lbs may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%
Canceled Orders Policy
Our goal is to ship your product(s) the same day or within one business day. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, we will gladly cancel your order free of charge if you contact us prior to the order being shipped. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order but will happily help you return it — however, return shipping fees may be applied to reverse a shipment that is in transit.
Refused Shipments
Please contact us for any package refused at the time of delivery.
- Shipments refused by recipient will be subject to fees removed from their refund
- Outbound shipping charges (if applicable) and a return shipping charge of $11.75 will be deducted from the final refund amount
- Refused shipments will also have a 15% restocking fee assessed to their refund total
Undeliverable Address
If the shipping address is an undeliverable address, and your package is returned to us, you can be credited the total price of the product. We will contact you for a valid address. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address and/or shipping method.
International and Expedited Orders
Shipping charges for international and expedited orders will not be refunded for cancelled orders, refused deliveries, undeliverable addresses, or returns.
Damaged/Missing Item 90-Day Returns Policy
If you received a damaged or mis-shipped product, we are happy to take it back within 90 days from the original shipping date. When you receive your order, please inspect all of the products immediately. If a product is damaged or missing, please email us right away and include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can quickly reship your products to you at no extra cost for standard shipping.
Please include all original boxes and packaging materials. We use these for carrier inspection.

- Print and attach this label to your order and drop it off at any FedEx location or dropbox
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies
- We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package
Return Authorization Number (RA)
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). You may request an RA number within 90 days of the original shipping date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at our sole discretion.
Please email support@usdiscountfilters.com to get the RA number. All returns must contain all parts that were sent, along with all original packaging.
Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation such as UPS or FedEx. US Discount Filters shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may reimburse shipping charges related to the return of defective products inside the continental U.S. only.
